We handed our corrected model to an independent red team, and we are keeping every attack they send

Measuring our own model with our own tests is not enough. The 7B model we corrected against hidden commands is now under attack by an independent red-team company, with attacks we did not design. Every attempt and every answer is stored, so the attacks that work become the training data for the next correction.
